“All things are sacred in the lives of those who are spirit led; that is, subordinated to truth, ennobled by love, dominated by mercy, and restrained by fairness—justice.”  Jesus, 155:6.11 (1732.4)

When the spirit leads your life, your everyday intentions and actions become sacred.  You begin viewing the world through a lens that will align your thoughts and actions to the highest good.  Instead of living a secular and vain life, you now live a life that is always looking to make the highest good.

This doesn’t mean that you only go around liking, loving and telling the good news.  It means instead that you align yourself to the ideals that make you spirit led.  Its more a personal transformation than an outward expression.  Truth is one and universal; we subordinate to truth, which is applicable to our thoughts and actions, we live and act in truth.  Love ennobles us; our intentions with our brethren are based on loving them in spite of the negative actions or evil they may bring.  Mercy dictates our approach to others; we always offer our hand and help to others who seek redemption.  Not from us, but from their actions.  Fairness restrains us, so that we may act with justice; we do not take advantage of a situation that will unfairly benefit us.  We rather lose that opportunity and live justly.

We must always remember that two spirits indwell us; the Thought Adjuster from the Father, and the Spirit of Truth from our Creator Son.  We have the divine attributes that can lead us to a spiritual life, its in us to choose that life.
